- R I V E N D I C A Z I O N E L'istante chiede che gli venga riconosciuto il brevetto per modello di utilità relativamente al tipo di montacarico. . 1) per la forma del montacarichi. 2) perché detto montacarichi,utile al trasporto di qualsiasi tipo.di.materiale scorre entro due guide ad elementi sovrapposti che si;fissano alle impalcature oppure alle murature.
