L’oggeto dell’ invezione è un attrezzo per la raccolta delle deiezioni solide e liquide di alcune specie animali, in particolare cane, prima che esse cadano al suolo. La funzione dell’attrezzo oggeto dell’invenzione consiste pertanto nel raccogliere, durante la fase di evacuazione, le feci e le urine direttamente dalla parte posteriore dell’animale convogliandole in un contenitore ed evitando così il loro contatto con il suolo. Il contenitore è poi depositato in un raccoglitore di rifiuti. In particolare nei luoghi aperti dei centri abitati, l’invenzione risponde all’esigenza di tenere pulito il suolo pubblico dalle deiezioni solide e liquide lasciate dai cani accompagnati dai loro proprietari e quindi di risolvere i problemi igienico-sanitari, i fastidi e gli inconvenienti che tali deiezioni comportano. Più in particolare tale esigenza è sentita nelle aree verdi dei centri abitati, proprio perché svolgendo tali aree una funzione ricreativa ed essendo frequentate soprattutto da bambini, devono garantire condizioni di massima igiene. Essi, quando non possono accompagnare l’animale fuori casa per il suo bisogno fisiologico per difficoltà oggettive - maltempo - o soggettive - malattia del soggetto o del cane -, incontrano grandi difficoltà a far defecare l’animale all’interno delle mura domestiche in quanto il cane mal si adatta ad espellere le deiezioni in contenitori poggiati sul pavimento o altro di simile. Ciò crea notevoli disagi a coloro che si prendono cura del cane i quali devono utilizzare attrezzi precari e scomodi con gli inconvenienti legati a tale uso. L’esigenza di far defecare agevolmente i cani all’intemo delle mura domestiche è particolarmente sentita dalle persone anziane. Tenendo conto delle esigenze di queste persone di volersi prendere cura del loro cane cui sono molto affezionati e di vivere in un’abitazione pulita ed ordinata e della loro grande difficoltà, data l’età avanzata, di accompagnare il loro cane fuori per la passeggiata igienica, l’attrezzo oggetto dell’invenzione è una soluzione molto pratica e comoda al problema sopra esposto. E’ una soluzione pratica perché l’utente, dato anche il rapporto confidenziale col suo cane, può facilmente abituarlo a fare i suoi bisogni fisiologici alTintemo del contenitore predisposto nelTattrezzo; è una soluzione comoda perché da la possibilità di utilizzare l’attrezzo senza abbassarsi e senza l’inconveniente di sporcarsi.
