2. Device as in claim 1, characterized in that said open end comprises a collecting tip (16) which includes a first end (18) to intercept the manure and a second end (19) directly associated with the containment segment (17) on which a nozzle (20) is fixed for fixing said containment bag (23).

6. Device as in claim 5, characterized in that said electric motor (30) is powered by batteries (33).

7. Device as in any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that said handle end (35) comprises a switch (39) for activating said motorized suction means (15).

8. Device as in claim 6, characterized in that said handle end (35) comprises electrical means connectable to a battery charger for recharging said batteries (33) when the latter are discharged.
