Description
DESCRIZIONE dell’invenzione industriale dal titolo :Miniserra Biologica DESCRIPTION of the industrial invention entitled: Biological Miniserra
DESCRIZIONE DESCRIPTION
The invention enters the field of methods of cultivation and production of organic agricultural products.
In the current state of the economy, the high prices of vegetables would provide, as an alternative, an autonomous cultivation by families, but only possible with large spaces or land available; this solution is then impractical for those who live in the city and do not have land available for cultivation or do not have time to carry out the necessary operations, such as fertilization, irrigation, pruning, etc.
The miniserra subject of the application for submission addresses this problem, providing a simple, extremely economical, easy-to-place farming system for agricultural products consisting of a real, disassembled and removable wooden vertical structure that is completely simple to make and occupies in the the minimum necessary space (the structure usually has a standard format in order to be able to use elements commonly found on the market such as fruit boxes, etc.), as well as to provide a 100% organic and natural product.
Specifically, this mini-earth solves a multiple series of technical problems such as continuous and gradual irrigation (using cotton threads and / or the like) instead of an automatic and / or manual irrigation system outside the plantation and therefore reduced maintenance. .
Another technical problem that aims to solve the invention is the certain obtaining of a highly biological product by not only using manure, but also with the total isolation of the cultivated system outside and therefore without the mini
chimico di pesticidi, diserbanti (perché si tratta di un sistema protetto) e ormoni della crescita e concimi (perché l’intero sistema è basato sul letame). chemical of pesticides, herbicides (because it is a protected system) and growth hormones and fertilizers (because the whole system is based on manure).
This system results in a greater speed in the growth of agricultural products compared to traditional farming systems.
First of all, the structure is made up of a series (4) of overlapping communicating rooms / sections and the first three, from below, isolated from the outside:
1) il primo contenitore, a partire dal basso (normalmente della grandezza di cm 60X50X20 h) è una riserva idrica; l’acqua è infatti l elemento fondamentale dell’agricoltura ma, per poter realizzare un prodotto agricolo, è necessario che la stessa venga somministrata in modo abbondante e continuato. Per fare ciò tale riserva d’acqua è collegata con un sistema di risalita costituita da fili di cotone assorbente che, per capillarità fa affluire l’acqua in maniera graduale e continuata alla terra sovrastante, in modo da mantenere continuamente umida la stessa e, di conseguenza le radici delle piante coltivate, inoltre, la suddetta riserva idrica al suo esterno è incastrata in un altro contenitore di legno onde evitare l’ebollizione in estate e il congelamento in inverno; 1) the first container, starting from the bottom (normally 60X50X20 h cm) is a water reserve; water is in fact the fundamental element of agriculture but, in order to produce an agricultural product, it must be administered abundantly and continuously. To do this, this water reserve is connected to a rising system consisting of absorbent cotton threads which, by capillarity, causes the water to flow gradually and continuously to the land above, in order to keep it continuously moist and, of consequently the roots of the cultivated plants, moreover, the aforementioned water reserve on the outside is wedged in another wooden container to avoid boiling in summer and freezing in winter;
The second container (of the same size as the first) must be superimposed on the first and connected to the latter with the aforementioned cotton threads; contains fertilized soil for nourishment of the roots, specifically, only cow manure must be used, mainly from cows matured for 3 years (in proportion and necessary to the type of planted cultivation) in order to create a 100% organic and healthy product avoiding treatment based on chemical fertilizers (manure in fact does not require any such treatment).
3) The third container is a layer of 60X50X50h cm of air protected from the outside, essentially a layer protected by shading nets (in summer) which have the purpose of protecting against insects and excessive sun and (in winter ) composed of semi-waterproof transparent sheets in order to face the bad weather.
The fourth layer consists of heat and light, in fact, the third layer must naturally be subjected to a source of light and heat that can be both natural (sun) and artificial (lighthouses) and the latter can also be continuous; we want to clarify that the aforementioned wooden structure of the miniserra constitutes a simple basic module which can increase in size according to the crops and to which others can be assembled in a complex and sculpted way with art, therefore, personalized and acquiring the connotation of "artwork" .
This mini-earth system allows various advantages such as that of having a cultivation of the product in all seasons of the year, as well as allowing the product to be highly organic, in fact, being isolated from the outside, the cultivation system does not allow it to be contaminated. neither from insects (present in the air and / or in the earth), nor from larvae (present in water) so as not to need in any way chemical pesticides that would pollute the product itself indefinitely.
Not to mention the advantages deriving from the fact that it is a Silometro 0 product which therefore passes directly from the “producer to the consumer”, with all the positive consequences in terms of freshness, taste and the lack of manipulation by third parties of the product.
The continuous and gradual irrigation system created by means of cotton threads which, by capillarity transport from the underlying reserve in an uninterrupted and gradual way to the earth contained in the upper layer, humidifying it just enough, allows man to obtain and carry out a cycle of complete cultivation while not carrying out on a daily basis those operations that traditional agriculture requires (fertilization, irrigation, etc.), but to a much lesser extent than those of traditional agriculture. In addition, the production cycle is carried out faster than the traditional one.
