Abstract
Un impianto di serbatoi per l'accumulo di una sostanza da immagazzinare ad una temperatura aumentata, in particolare bitume, presenta almeno uno, preferibilmente più serbatoi (2; 2.1, 2,2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6,_, 2.9) e uno o più riscaldamenti elettrici per riscaldare e/o mantenere riscaldata la sostanza presente nel serbatoio (2). Secondo l'invenzione il serbatoio (2; 2.1, 2,2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6,_, 2.9) è circondato da un involucro esterno autoportante (1 e rispettivamente 1.1 e rispettivamente 1.2 e rispettivamente 1.3). Il volume spaziale fra l'involucro esterno (1; 1.1; 1.2; 1.3) e il serbatoio (2; 2.1, 2.2; 2.3; 2.4; 2.5; 2.6,_, 2.9) è riempito nel volume interno con un materiale isolante (3, 3.1; 3.2; 3.3) sotto forma di granulati. Preferibilmente il materiale isolante è reso idrofobo.L'impianto di serbatoi si basa su un concetto a tra stadi, in un primo stadio essendo posto l'attenzione al fatto che l'isolamento sia così buono che possano essere trascurate le perdite di radiazioni, e quindi l'impianto possa essere fatto funzionare nel funzionamento duraturo senza energia riscaldante. In un secondo stadio viene posto l'attenzione al fatto che una perdita termica eventualmente presente venga compensata con un riempimento successivo con bitume sufficientemente caldo. Soltanto nel terzo stadio infine viene preso in considerazione un riscaldamento, ponendo l'attenzione ad un consumo di potenza il più possibile uniforme.(Figure 1a-d).A system of tanks for the accumulation of a substance to be stored at an increased temperature, in particular bitumen, has at least one, preferably more tanks (2; 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 2.5, 2.6, _, 2.9) and one or more electric heaters to heat and / or keep the substance in the tank heated (2). Preferably, the insulating material is made hydrophobic. The tank system is based on a multi-stage concept, in the first stage attention being paid to the fact that the insulation is so good that radiation losses can be neglected, and therefore the system can be operated in long-term operation without heating energy. In a second stage, attention is paid to the fact that any thermal loss that may be present is compensated with a subsequent filling with sufficiently hot bitumen. Finally, only in the third stage is heating considered, paying attention to the most uniform power consumption possible (Figures 1a-d).
