Abstract

Il contenitore è costituito da due forme di fustellatura in cartone a tre strati che vengono a formare due semiparti ad invaso di contenimento collegabili stabilmente tra loro delle quali una fungente da vassoio e l'altra da coperchio. Il vassoio è formabile portando in elevazione sul fondo (1) le quattro parti laterali (6, 7, 8 e 9) e piegando poi le loro appendici (10, 11, 12 e 13) che vengono incollate sulle iniziali parti di due laterali (6 e 8). Sui tratti intermedi delle coppie di bordi emergono quattro semiparti di inserimento dei dispositivi di vincolo a settore circolare con un elemento battente (18), portante su tratteggio di taglio (19), un'aletta bloccante (20) con inferiormente smanco di inserimento (21). Il coperchio è formabile piegando attorno al tetto (22) le quattro parti laterali (27, 28, 29 e 30) e bloccando in posizione mediante incollaggio delle appendici (31, 32, 33 e 34) sugli iniziali tratti di due laterali (29 e 30). Sugli intermedi tratti delle due coppie di bordi del coperchio emergono quattro semiparti, per l'inserimento dei mezzi di vincolo previsti nel vassoio, con un elemento battente (39) portante sul tratteggio di taglio (40), disassato rispetto al tratteggio di taglio (19) dei dispositivi di inserimento del vassoio per permettere all'aletta ruotare di 90°, un'aletta bloccante -(41).
