La presente innovazione relativa ad un guanto per la lavorazione della carne. The present innovation relating to a glove for processing meat.

Come è noto i guanti per la lavorazione della carne sono dei guanti normali però realizzati in maglia metallica in modo da evitare che la lama del coltello utilizzato per il taglio della carne possa, in caso di scorretto utilizzo, entrare in contatto direttamente con parti della mano dell’utilizzatore. Il principale problema dei guanti attualmente in commercio consiste soprattutto nel fatto che non si verifica una efficace presa della carne in lavorazione da parte del guanto in maglia metallica. Questa ridotta presa da una parte comporta un incremento dei tempi di lavorazione in quanto questa viene eseguita quando l’utilizzatore dopo vari tentativi crede di aver ottenuto una efficace presa della carne e dall’altra parte determina maggiori probabilità di infortuni sul lavoro (ferite causate dalla lama del coltello) in quanto durante il taglio della carne la porzione di questa in presa della mano guantata potrebbe scivolare al di fuori della presa. La scivolosità richiede all’operatore anche un impiego di forza muscolare di elevata intensità per mantenere la presa del prodotto da lavorare. Il maggior impiego di forza muscolare da parte dell’operatore ed il maggior numero di azioni che l’operatore deve eseguire per una efficace presa provocano un più elevato rischio ergonomico-biomeccanico e di conseguenza una maggiore probabilità di patologie dell’arto superiore. Scopo della presente innovazione è quello di realizzare un guanto per la lavorazione della carne che sia privo dell’inconveniente sopra citato e che cioè presenti mezzi per realizzare una efficace presa della carne in lavorazione. In base alla presente innovazione viene realizzato un guanto per la lavorazione della carne realizzato in maglia metallica e caratterizzato dal fatto di comprendere almeno una zona rivolta verso la carne da prendere in presa in cui tramite mezzi (5) è fissata una lamina (3) da cui si estende verso la carne in presa almeno un risalto (4) che va a stretto contatto con la carne durante la presa di questa. Con riferimento alla figura 1 è indicato nel suo complesso un guanto per la lavorazione della carne. Il guanto 1 presenta una pluralità di lamine 3 fissate a varie parti del guanto 1 stesso e dalle quali si originano verso l’esterno dei risalti 4. Le lamine 3 sono fissate sulla parte del guanto 1 che deve entrare in presa della carne in lavorazione ed in particolare le lamine 3 sono fissate sul palmo e sulle dita del guanto 1. Le lamine 3 ed i risalti 4 sono preferibilmente realizzati in materiale metallico ma potrebbero essere realizzati anche in materiale plastico od in altro materiale. Preferibilmente i risalti 4 sono realizzati di pezzo con la corrispondente lamina 3 ma una diversa forma di attuazione potrebbe prevedere che i risalti 4 potrebbero essere fissati in modo amovibile alla corrispondente lamina 3 in modo da poter essere intercambiabili. I risalti 4 potrebbero essere disposti su più file come illustrato in figura 1 o potrebbero essere disposti secondo geometrie diverse. Appare inoltre evidente che al posto del collante 5 potrebbero essere utilizzati mezzi di fissaggio meccanici come per esempio dei ganci, degli anelli, delle viti di fissaggio od altri sistemi come per esempio realizzando una saldatura fra la lamina 3 (se realizzata in metallo) e la maglia metallica del guanto 1. Da quanto sopra descritto risulta evidente il vantaggio principale ottenuto con il guanto 1. In particolare sono state create delle zone del guanto 1 in cui sono disponibili dei risalti 4 che consentono una efficace presa della carne durante la lavorazione della stessa in quanto le punte 6 dei risalti 4 vanno ad incidere la carne che quindi non riesce a scivolare all’esterno della presa. Appare chiaro che una presa efficace determina un miglioramento del lavoro di taglio della carne e da più sicurezza all’operatore e quindi una minor probabilità di infortuni sul lavoro e di patologie dell’arto superiore. Claims

R I V E N D I C A Z I O N I 1. Glove for meat processing made of metal mesh and characterized in that it comprises at least one area facing the meat to be picked up in which a plate (3) is fixed by means (5) from which it extends towards the meat in grip at least one prominence (4) that comes into close contact with the meat during its grip.

2. Glove according to claim 1 characterized in that said projection (4) has at least one tip (6) which in use cuts into the meat being picked.

6. Glove according to at least one of the preceding claims, characterized in that it comprises a plurality of said laminae (3) fixed to each finger of the glove and in correspondence with the palm of the glove; preferably each of said laminae (3) has a plurality of said projections (4).

7. Glove according to any of the preceding claims characterized by the fact that the said lamina (3) is arranged either on the outside or inside of the said mesh.

8. Glove according to claim 7 characterized in that said fixing means comprise a layer of glue (5).

9. Glove according to claim 7 characterized by the fact that said fixing means comprise screws (7) which fix the said lamina (3) placed on the external face of the shirt with at least one corresponding second lamina (8) placed on the inside of the glove.

10. Glove according to claim 7, characterized by the fact that said fastening means consist of at least one hook and at least one ring (9) carried by the knit of the glove and able to pass through a corresponding through hole (10) made in said foil (3).

11. Glove according to claim 7 characterized in that said lamina (3) is fixed to the mesh of the glove by welding.
