Abstract

Il dispositivo di chiusura e sicurezza (1) di una pentola a pressione (2) comprende sostanzialmente una maniglia (10) incernierata al coperchio (3) la quale è formata da un primo elemento ad arpione (16) ed un secondo elemento (17) sviluppantesi sul prolungamento del primo. Il primo elemento (16) è a agganciato in (12) alla superficie laterale del corpo pentola (4) chiudendo la tenuta la pentola (2). Durante il funzionamento la pressione interna alla pentola (2) spinge all'esterno un elemento a perno (11) il quale in tale posizione impegna l'estremità libera del secondo elemento (17). La maniglia (10) risulta pertanto bloccata quando la pentola è in pressione. Il dispositivo è dunque pratico ed al tempo stesso sicuro.
