Un porta attrezzi universale per pertica da tinteggiatore comprendente un primo elemento ad innesto, inseribile ad una estremità della pertica, ed un secondo elemento di supporto di uno di degli attrezzi da tinteggiatore, nel quale sia l'elemento ad innesto che l'elemento di supporto sono imperniati e sono ruotabili l'uno rispetto all'altro e sono previsti elementi di bloccaggio in una qualunque posizione reciproca dei due elementi così da far assumere all'attrezzo supportato la posizione desiderata e necessaria per la tinteggiatura a giudizio dell'utilizzatore.
