said upper frame (2), said lower frame (3) and said plurality? of rods (4) defining said space (1);

characterized in that at least one frame between said upper frame (2) and said lower frame (3) comprises at least one straight section.

2) Frame (100) according to claim 1, in which at least one frame between said upper frame (2) and said lower frame (3) develops according to an annular trajectory at mo? of ?8? open, including a central narrowing (5), cos? that the compartment (1) has two lateral seats (10) and a narrow central section (11), which makes said two lateral seats (10) intercommunicating; each lateral seat (10) being shaped in such a way as to house at least one carapina (C).

3) Frame (100) according to the previous claim, in which at least one frame between said upper frame (2) and said lower frame (3) comprises a first frame portion (6a) and a second frame portion (6b), each of which delimits one of said two lateral seats (10) of the compartment (1); each portion of the frame (6a, 6b) being composed of seven straight sections, each of which is? inclined with respect to an adjacent straight section of the same portion of the frame (6a, 6b) at an angle between 40 and 50 degrees, preferably 45 degrees.

4) Frame (100) according to any of the previous claims, comprising a first half-frame (60) and a second half-frame (61) coupled together; wherein the upper frame (2) comprises two upper half-frames (20) and said lower frame (3) comprises two lower half-frames (30); wherein each half-frame (60, 61) comprises an upper half-frame (20), a lower half-frame (30) and a part of said plurality? of auctions (40).

5) Frame (100) according to the previous claim, wherein said two upper half-frames (20) and said two lower half-frames (30) are each composed of:

- three sections of said seven straight sections which delimit one of said two lateral seats (10); And

- four sections of said seven straight sections, which delimit another of said two lateral seats (10).

6) Frame (100) according to claim 4 or 5, in which said two upper half-frames (20) each include a connection section (20a) placed side by side and connected to a portion of a straight section of the other upper half-frame (20); in which each lower half-frame (30) includes a connecting section (30a) placed side by side and connected to a portion of a straight section of the other lower half-frame (30).

7) Frame (100) according to any of the previous claims, comprising two upper frames (2) superimposed and parallel to each other.

8) Refrigeration counter (7) for the conservation of artisanal ice cream including:

- at least one frame (100) according to any of the previous claims and comprising connection means (9), which connect said frame (100) to said containment tank (8);

- a containment tank (8), which houses said frame (100) and which includes a bottom wall (80), at least one side wall (81) having an upper edge (81a); said containment tank (8) comprising a compartment (82), delimited by said bottom wall (80) and by said side wall (81), and an opening (83) for access to the compartment (82), delimited by the edge upper (81a) of the at least one side wall (81).

9) Refrigeration counter (7) according to the previous claim, in which said connection means (9) reversibly connect said frame (100) to said containment tank (8).

10) Refrigeration counter (7) according to claim 9 or 10, comprising a container (C), which includes a bottom wall, at least one lateral surface (C1), a compartment (C2), delimited by said bottom wall ( C3) and from said lateral surface (C1), and an access opening to the compartment (C2).
