Purpose of the invention? that of forming do-it-yourself home elements that can be purchased in department stores.

Field of application

In construction with elements that can be purchased at supermarkets.

Problem to solve: ? that of building a house with interconnected stackable elements.

Solution to the problem: binary elements, are guided by alternating internal parallelepipeds.

IN THE PREEXISTING ART, there were no offset guide cubes.

SPECIFIC DOCUMENTS

1- US20110107706: System for interlocking building blocks with triangular elements joined by joints, dry-stone buildings are built. In our patent the elements are cubic and provided with cushioning;

2 - US3936987; interlocking blocks or building block-end walls constructed thereoff: the blocks are joined by the edges and have no n? our method of linking to staggered cubes, n? cushioning with expanded polystyrene cubes;

3- US4965106; Folded and assembled mosaic bricks: ? completely different; in fact the bricks are assembled inclined to obtain the angle, and not staggered cubes.

4 - GB 174399; Improved apparatus for the construction of concrete like slabs; they are interconnected plastrons, large in size, not cubes in individual elements.

5-GB2283995; Spacer for spacing e.g. building fittings from surrounding structure; they are spacers with interconnected elements, not elastic. They are not staggered cubes.

6 - GB 1379825; Interlocking stones and the like; they are interlocking elements for streets and not houses with connector cubes.

7 - GB 1013451; Interlocked panel structure; they are large panels, not cubes offset into individual elements.

8 - WO2007083216; Interlocking building block: the ox bone locking system? different from ours with cubes.

9-US5421135; Interlocking building blocks; the slatted construction ? different from ours with cubes.

10-US2847847; interlocking bricks; brick fixing system with ridges, ? different from our staggered cubes.

But nobody ? similar to our method (11).

Exhibition of the invention (tab. 1)

The elements (1) in concrete or vibro-cement, with double cavities, form the perimeter wall and are guided by cubic or parallelepiped elements (2) alternating with other identical ones (3) staggered vertically. Said cubic or parallelepiped elements (2-3) are preferably made of dense expanded polystyrene and have vertical and horizontal channels (4) and (5) for the passage of pipes and services; in the case of houses in pi? of one floor (tab. 2). the cavities? internal (6. a) are with reinforcement (6) cast from concrete and/or with tie rods (7) of given length, passing through the channels (7. a) and then tightened by nuts (8) with split washers (9).

In table 3 the element (1) of the perimeter wall continues transversely with the element (12) of the transversal dividing wall, characterized by a lower thickness and provided with the guide elements (13-14).

In table 4 the floor elements can be found at the relative manufacturers: in

a) floors for center distances of 12.5, 16, 5, 21.5 cm depending on the bending moment;

1- The elements of the house are purchased time after time at the building supermarket;

ACTIVITY? INVENTIVE

1 - the wall elements (1) and the connecting elements (2) can be purchased individually in the supermarket;

2- the elements (1) are protected during transport by the expanded polystyrene formwork where they were cast;

3- the blocks and connecting elements can be purchased in the shop, little by little, in small quantities? the buyer can? assemble the house by yourself, little by little; 4- the building includes the passage of systems, wires and pipes;

5- the connection elements (2) are thermo-acoustic insulators;

6- for greater height of the building, the reinforcing core in reinforced concrete is poured; 7-? It is possible, easily, to move the perimeter and dividing walls, in case the family grows;

8- we have illustrated the typical house with the elements (1 -2), with centralized services;

9- in case of fire, the elements (1) channel the fumes and the fire out of the house, which remains intact: after which? a porous paste (expanded concrete?) is poured into it;

10- the internal elastic elements (2) give an anti-seismic action;

The elements (1) are poured into disposable expanded polystyrene formworks, which are also useful for their transport; the internal ones (2-3) bare, without formwork.
