Given the state of the art, the most suitable solution? widely used in the field of secondary packaging? represented by a system that involves wrapping the containers to be packaged in a film made of heat-shrinkable or stretchable plastic material. Grip handles are applied to these films, generally consisting of a central grip portion and a pair of adhesive joining portions which extend from the central grip portion and which are glued laterally to the film which wraps the products to be packaged. The central portion instead remains at the top of the bundle to act as a grip for lifting and manually transporting the bundle itself. These packaging solutions almost always make use of plastic materials such as polyethylene, linear low density polyethylene, PTFE, PVDF, PVC, all materials that are difficult to recycle. Have other solutions of greater relevance from a sustainability point of view been designed and marketed? environmental even if these are solutions that still make use of plastic or do not perform well from the point of view of agility? and easy handling during transport and stacking. One of these involves replacing the heat-shrink film with two simple PET and PP straps, reducing but not eliminating the use of plastic. Another replaces the heat-shrink plastic wrap with a cardboard platform that groups and blocks the containers (in this case bottles) from the neck. Yet another replaces the heat-shrink plastic film with a cardboard structure that is not flat but rather three-dimensional which however blocks the bottles from the neck, not guaranteeing their easy lifting and convenient overlapping of more? bundles of containers.

DESCRIPTION

The present invention represents packaging made of biodegradable material (primarily cardboard) used for the secondary packaging of bottles, cans or similar. The purpose of this invention? that of allowing the easy transport of the contents from the manufacturer to the end user through the use of a structure composed of more durable materials. ecologically sustainable compared to those used by inventions with a similar purpose already? existing at the state of the art. It prefers the use of inserts in biodegradable material (primarily paper), eliminating the use of "disposable" plastics.

The contents of the package? collected between two trays (2 and 3), which keep it compact to reduce transport costs to a minimum, but at the same time protected, creating a sort of parallelepiped that can be easily palletised. The two trays (2 and 3), both made of biodegradable material, preferably corrugated cardboard, differ in shape, the lower one (2) is typically thicker and has a flat part (5) designed to support the contents (1), especially during manual transport of the package, and the side flaps (6) folded and glued together, to guarantee stability? of the package against lateral stress. The upper tray (3) is also ? composed of a flat part (7) having the function of protecting the contents and allowing overlapping on several? levels of these packages, has lateral flaps (8), which will hold the contained objects by tightening them on the upper part; also in this case the flaps are folded and glued together.

The packaging ? wrapped by a ribbon-like structure (4), preferably made of paper material, which can? have the internal side (in whole or in part) adhesive, composed in a single piece, or in several? pieces joined together, applied to create a uniform belt around the box.

The ribbon-like component starts from under the base, then passes along the sides of the package and finally onto the center of the upper tray; will it be found? exactly between the openings (9) of the upper tray, which give the possibility to insert the fingers of the hand to allow the end customer to lift the casing. The belt (4) being also fixed to the lower tray (2) will guarantee? the correct lifting of the latter, and therefore of all the contents.

This type of handle, thanks also to the material used to make the bundle (preferably cardboard), will be even much more? comfortable handles that characterize the packages currently on the market (straps included), which often also cause discomfort to the hands/fingers.
