STATO DELLA TECNICA STATE OF THE ART

Sono noti prodotti di confetteria in forma di caramella dura, ripiena o non ripiena, ricoperta o non ricoperta, sostenuti da un supporto in forma di stecco realizzato con l?ausilio di vari materiali tra cui carta, cartone, legno, plastica o ogni altro materiale che consenta la realizzazione del supporto rigido in forma di stecco. 5. Packaging as per claim 1 in which the pre-engraving has a U or V shape or a shape corresponding to the product logo.

6. A packaging as per claim 1 in which the tab is not adhered to the area where the pre-incision is located for a length between 3 mm and 20 mm.
