1) L'invenzione concretizza l'ideazione di un indumento pensato in conseguenza di una semplice osservazione dell'imbarazzo provato dal passeggero trasportato sulla motocicletta durante il viaggio, nella scelta di volta in volta dell'appoggio a cui aggrapparsi, riducendosi talvolta alla postura meno stanchevole ancorchè relativamente fidata. 1) The invention concretizes the ideation of a garment designed as a consequence of a simple observation of the embarrassment felt by the passenger transported on the motorcycle during the trip, in the choice each time of the support to cling to, sometimes reducing to the less posture tired yet relatively trustworthy.

''Indumento tecnicamente provvisto degli attacchi funzionali all'appoggio confortevole e in sicurezza di un passeggero, durante il trasbordo in motocicletta." 1) L'invenzione concretizza l'ideazione di un indumento pensato in conseguenza di una semplice osservazione dell'imbarazzo provato dal passeggero trasportato sulla motocicletta durante il viaggio, nella scelta di volta in volta dell'appoggio a cui aggrapparsi, riducendosi talvolta alla postura meno stanchevole ancorchè relativamente fidata. L'invenzione pertanto è riferita ad un indumento essenziale alla bisogna, provvisto di appropriate caratteristiche tecniche confacenti a tale problematica; come tale ritenuto funzionale al relativo conforto unitamente alla sicurezza del passeggero durante il trasbordo in una motocicletta. L'indumento ideato risulta sostanzialmente costituito da una casacca, rimanente più o meno aperta, facilmente indossabile e indossata per il servizio dal guidatore del motomezzo. Una volta indossata la casacca risulterà saldamente allacciata al busto della persona posizionata alla guida della moto, disponibile con le applicazioni tecniche per consentire sempre, al passeggero trasportato, un solido appoggio a cui aggrapparsi. La casacca inoltre è da ritenersi funzionale anche a un adattamento alle specifiche condizioni e le necessità dell'indossatore, in relazione alla consistenza di un tragitto e le variazioni climatiche incontrate, eventualmente avverse; può ritenersi ad ogni effetto un indumento completo, protettivo, e in tal caso la casacca risulterebbe composta nei fianchi e fissata sul davanti con la zip o abbottonatura di sicurezza; oppure in casi diversi può divenire semplificata coprendo solamente il dorso, la parte contenente le applicazioni tecniche, quindi interrotta come completo sul davanti della vita; in tale caso risulterà fissata alla persona indossatrice coi lacci fissi (21 e trasversali costituiti dalle fettucce collegate e allacciate nell'insieme coi fermagli di sicurezza a scatto. I1 tutto, come evidente nei casi, risulta costituito in materiale intessuto, di notevole resistenza e idrorepellente. 3) Nel dorso della casacca [l], preordinato alla funzione, come indicato previsto, risulteranno applicate le maniglie, con facile presa, rientranti nelle apposite tasche ricavate nel tessuto, internamente all'indumento. Tali maniglie saranno distribuite sempre per coppia in ambo i lati della casacca prevedendone in generale: -un paio distribuite per parte in corrispondenza della regione scapolare [3], verso le spalle dell'indumento, onde consentire al passeggero un appoggio funzionale nella più alta locazione disponibile, -un altro paio sempre distribuite per parte in corrispondenza fra le regioni costale e lombare 141, in basso ai fianchi owero, sostitutivamente, anche un unico maniglione centralizzato e posizionato verso l'alto della schiena [5] onde consentire al passeggero un appoggio funzionale, alto mediano. Le maniglie, come indicato, risulteranno di facile presa e comodamente intrattenibili; saldamente fissate all'indumento, ciascuna per le due estremità<[a-a',>b-b,<C-C']>col collo libero, in questo caso movimentato a battente ovvero fissate per un solo capo [a'-<C']>quindi libere movimentate a ventaglio; pertanto funzionali secondo la ricercata liberta di movimento. Risulteranno composte semirigide in materiali tessuti affini a quelli dell'indumento, ovvero in gomma flessibile, quindi prospettandosi di notevole resistenza agli strappi e allo stesso tempo incontundenti. L'ubicazione plurima delle maniglie o del maniglione a cui aggrapparsi, come pure la loro diversificazione strutturale all'appoggio, conferma la prevedibile necessità da parte del passeggero di cambiare periodicamente la posizione dell'appoggio, evitando la stanchezza perveniente o ricercando al momento una più comoda posizione in relazione alle proprie abitudini posturali. Le tasche nella casacca, regolate per comprendere le maniglie indicate o il maniglione coi relativi attacchi, risulteranno adattate allo scopo, col fodero imbottito protettivo per I'indossatore dai contraccolpi potenziali sopravvenienti durante le frenate o le accelerazioni della moto, mentre risulteranno munite ai bordi delle relative alette sempre intessute idrorepellenti, estraibili poste a protezione delle mani nelle situazioni algenti durante l'utilizzo dell'affranco. L'indumento, rapidamente dismissibile dopo l'uso, risulterh ancora diversamente riducibile nello scatolato riposto nella stessa moto; ovvero opportunamente elaborato nel disegno potrà anche costituire un congruo capo di abbigliamento indossabile in continuità durante e dopo l'utilizzo formale dello stesso; in tale caso le tasche ricorrenti, alloggianti le maniglie o il maniglione rimarranno rinchiuse dalle cerniere estetiche, prospettando, nell'insieme, un apprezzabile linea stilistica.''
