L’invenzione è relativa ad un prodotto per l’igiene e la pulizia del corpo umano in cui una specie vegetale biologica viene immersa in una soluzione cosmetica naturale biologica senza l’uso di ingredienti etossilati. Infatti, nelle formulazioni attuali vengono utilizzati spesso tensioattivi etossilati, ovvero con ossido di etilene. Questo composto chimico però è tossico per inalazione, irritante delle vie respiratorie e la sua esposizione prolungata per alcuni minuti può provocare mal di testa, stato confusionale, fino ad arrivare a colpi apoplettici ed al coma nel caso di un’esposizione più prolungata. Inoltre, una esposizione cronica all’ossido di etilene provoca facilmente la cataratta. Da questa sintetica esposizione appare evidente l’importanza di impiegare tensioattivi non etossilati, e quindi privi di un qualsiasi residuo di etilene al loro interno, per non intaccare tutta l’impalcatura naturale, biologica, eudermica del prodotto finale. Oggetto dell’invenzione è un nuovo ed originale prodotto cosmetico senza tensioattivi etossilati, senza conservanti quali parabeni e thiazoline e con alte percentuali di ingredienti biologici. E' noto il contenuto del documento IT 1 299 885 in cui vengono descritti prodotti vegetali per l’igiene e la pulizia del corpo ma con diversi componenti rispetto al presente risultamento. In questa fase di preparazione viene poi inserito un vegetale, lavato accuratamente e sgocciolato per essere inserito nel flacone. Infine, il semilavorato disaerato viene dosato con apposita riempitrice a bassa velocità. Per vegetale inserito nella base di preparazione secondo il risultamento si intendono piante e/o fiori con specifiche caratteristiche e proprietà. Le forme di realizzazione consentono quindi di avere basi di preparazione biologiche al 32% ed air83% rispettivamente per lo shampoo e l’olio eudermico così ottenuto. Il trovato è suscettibile di numerose modifiche e varianti tutte rientranti nell’ambito del concetto inventivo.
