Abstract

Il presente trovato si riferisce ad un'apparecchiatura e ad un procedimento per la decorazione di caschi mediante rivestimento con un foglio in materiale sintetico predecorato. L'apparecchiatura comprende un telaio di supporto di un foglio in materiale sintetico predecorato su almeno una sua faccia, mezzi di riscaldamento del foglio predecorato, un elemento di supporto del casco da decorare destinato ad essere posizionato con la sua sommità rivolta verso il foglio predecorato. L'elemento di supporto è affacciato al foglio predecorato ed è mobile a comando in avvicinamento o in allontanamento al telaio citato per portare il casco contro il foglio predecorato. L'elemento di supporto comprende un piatto che definisce, sostanzialmente centralmente, una zona di supporto del casco circondata da un bordo sporgente in direzione del foglio predecorato. Tale bordo è unito al fondo del piatto da una superficie inclinata. Almeno il bordo citato e tale superficie inclinata presentano una superficie rugosa e nel piatto è definito almeno un passaggio che è collegabile a comando con una sorgente di vuoto dopo l'impegno del bordo rialzato con il foglio predecorato per eseguire il rivestimento del casco mediante la termoformatura del foglio predecorato direttamente sul casco.
