Abstract

Un modello elettroforetico ottenuto sottoponendo a elettroforesi siero umano normale viene normalizzato cosicché siano rilevati punti di riferimento (pa, pb) associati con almeno due predeterminate lunghezze di sviluppo di elettroforesi in un'immagine elettroforetica e questi punti di riferimento sono fissati per livellarsi con predeterminate posizioni di dati (100, 200) associate alle precitate lunghezze. Viene similmente normalizzato un modello di misurazione ottenuto sottoponendo un campione ad elettroforesi. Si rileva un punto minimo del modello di misurazione fra posizioni di picco del modello di riferimento, e si determinano le localizzazioni di posizioni di punto di frazionamento (f1, f2, f3, f4) fra frazioni (a', b', c', d', e') sul modello di misurazione, sulla base dei risultati del rilevamento. E' così possibile determinare in breve cori precisione le posizioni del punto di frazionamento sul modello senza influenza di variazioni in lunghezze di sviluppo o posizione di elettroforesi fra i campioni.
