Abstract

Il dispositivo di levata automatica delle cannelle comprende, per ogni cannella, un mezzo mobile di guida (5, 5A, 5B, 5C, 5D) per supportare ed espellere la cannella (4) già caricata con lo stoppino (1); un organo di levata (7) con percorso ad anello chiuso, dotato di ganci di levata (71); un posizionatore (9) delle cannelle vuote servito da guide di scorrimento (90); mezzi ausiliari (150) per emettere soffi d'aria per favorire un corretto avvolgimento iniziale delle nuove cannelle da riempire nonché mezzi ausiliari (6) atti a premere, all'inizio di un nuovo avvolgimento, la cannella vuota sul cilindro cannellaio (2) allo scopo di innescare con sicurezza l'avvolgimento stesso. Il dispositivo accelera l'operazione di levata e permette risparmio di personale e di tempo.(Fig. 1).
