La porta per forno di cottura consiste in una struttura metallica della porta, la quale comprende una lastra rivolta verso la muffola del forno di cottura ed alla quale è anteposta una lastra esterna che ricopre questa struttura della porta; nella regione contrapposta alla struttura metallica della porta, la lastra di vetro antistante è dotata di uno strato riflettente (Figura 1).
