Abstract

Scanner laser a visione polare per lunghe distanze, costituente un sistema di visione lineare a lunga portata, insensibile alle condizioni di illuminazione esterne, adatto per applicazioni di robotica, misura, automazione ed acquisizione di immagini. Esso è composto da un laser 1 che invia il suo raggio 3 nella sezione centrale trasparente dell'albero 7 mosse in rotazione dal rotatore 2. La copertura angolare raggiunge i 360 gradi. Lo specchio interno 4 invia attraverso un foro il raggio 3 verso il soggetto. Il raggio riflesso dal soggetto viene rinviato dallo specchio 8 verso il fotorivelatore 9. L'adiacenza delle zone di andata e ritorno del raggio assicura la massima profondità di rivelazione, incrementabile alle piccole distanze dal flesso 15 sullo specchio 8. La separazione delle due zone rende possibile la schermatura reciproca, evitando l'accecamento del sistema in presenza di impurità sulle finestre di protezione.
