Abstract
Il trovato si riferisce ad una cerniera elastica per occhiali del tipo che comprende, l'estremità di un'astina, un corpo cavo allungato con estremità piana, che contiene un mezzo elastico disposto fra la testa di un perno che lo attraversa assialmente ed un elemento di contrasto in esso bloccato.Il perno attraversa l'elemento di contrasto e si impegna con un primo elemento di cerniera al quale è imperniato un secondo elemento di cerniera fissato al frontale degli occhiali e presentante un profilo poligonale un lato del quale è in appoggio sull'estremità piana del corpo cavo.La cerniera si caratterizza per il fatto che l'elemento di contrasto presenta almeno una sede esterna in cui è alloggiata, bloccandolo, almeno una porzione del detto corpo cavo deformata plasticamente per cianfrinatura o equivalente operazione.
