Complesso di cartuccia di orecchino per la foratura del lobo auricolare, comprendente: un orecchino di foratura auricolare; mezzi di sotto-insieme di ritegno di orecchino di foratura auricolare per sostenere in maniera liberabile detto orecchino di foratura auricolare; un fermo; mezzi di sotto-insieme di ritegno di fermo per sostenere in maniera liberabile detto fermo; un fondo, disposto fra detti mezzi di sotto-insieme di orecchino di foratura auricolare e detti mezzi di sotto-insieme di fermo, formante una zona a sella fra di essi; mezzi a morsetto mobili da una prima posizione ad una seconda posizione per afferrare un lobo auricolare, disposto entro detta zona a sella, contro detti mezzi di sotto-insieme di ritegno di fermo quando detti mezzi a morsetto sono in detta seconda posizione; e mezzi di regolazione dello spessore del lobo auricolare per regolare la posizione di detti mezzi a morsetto onde alloggiare lobi auricolari di diverso spessore.(Fig. 3).
