Abstract

Affinché una T-shirt (11) possa venire stampata sul tronco (12) e sulle maniche (13) nella macchina per serigrafia (stampa "all-over", cioè su tutta la superficie), il tronco (12) viene tirato ben teso in posizione su una piastra del tronco quasi rettangolare (14). La piastra del tronco (14) con la T-shirt (11) viene messa su un ambito di appoggio intermedio (22) di una piastra di appoggio (10), e le maniche (14) vengono allargate su ambiti laterali di appoggio adiacenti (23, 24). Tra l'ambito di appoggio intermedio (22) e gli ambiti di appoggio laterali (23, 24) sussiste uno spostamento in altezza corrispondente allo spessore della piastra del tronco (14). Tramite ciò, la superficie superiore di tessuto da stampare della manica (13) e del tronco (12) si trova in una superficie piana. La posizione superiore della stoffa del tronco (12) si trova direttamente sulla piastra del tronco (14), ed è fissata in modo tale che, anche sollevando una sagoma per la stampa, non si sposta. In questo modo si può eseguire qui, con esatta precisione, una stampa a più colori, oppure si può stampare con esatta precisione un altro motivo in un riquadro lasciato libero.(FIG. 1).
