Abstract
The procedure concerns bending a double-walled pipe 10, formed by a first inner tube 12 and by a second outer tube 14 arranged coaxially around the first tube 12, an annular interspace 16, closed at one end 18 of the pipe 10, being defined between the first tube 12 and second tube 14. The procedure comprises the phases of: - filing the interspace 16 with a liquid 20; - progressively immersing the pipe 10 in a cooling bath 22 starting from the end 18 in which the interspace 16 is closed, so as to give rise to the progressive solidification of the liquid 20 in the sections of the interspace 16 as they are immersed in the bath 22 and - carrying out the bending of the pipe 10, the solid material filling the interspace 16 maintaining the coaxiality between the first tube 12 and second tube 14.
