Abstract
Su una lunga pellicola di base (17) fatta di tereftalato di polietilene, vengono formati uno strato a distacco (8), uno strato di alluminio (9), uno strato di fosfori (10) ed uno strato legante (11) per strutturare un foglio a trasferimento termico (P). Uno schermo di fosfori è formato su un pannello di vetro usando il foglio a trasferimento termico (P). Nel procedimento per formare uno strato di fosfori di un tubo a raggi catodici, il numero di operazioni può venire ridotto in modo da poter ridurre il costo di produzione dello schermo di fosfori. Inoltre, si può ottenere uno schermo di fosfori stabile avente uno spessore di pellicola costante.
