Abstract
La presente domanda ha per oggetto un procedimento per l'ottenimento di silenziatori per autoveicoli che prevede la realizzazione di tubi presentanti un'estremità forata congiuntamente assemblata per pinzatura con fondelli separatori. La realizzazione di un primo ed un secondo semi-guscio, circa speculari tra loro, dotati di primi e secondi semi-manicotti per la fuoriuscita dell'estremità non forata ed opportunamente sagomata di detti tubi e l'assemblaggio mediante aggraffatura di detti primo e secondo semi-guscio a definire un involucro esterno stagno in corrispondenza di detti primi e secondi semi-manicotti e aggraffatura.I silenziatori ottenuti con il procedimento sono costituiti da un primo ed un secondo semi-guscio, tra loro aggraffati a definire perimetralmente un involucro stagno, e da almeno due tubi presentanti un'estremità, interna a detto involucro, forata ed un'estremità integra sporgente esternamente a detto involucro ed opportunamente sagomata.Il procedimento consente quindi di ottenere un silenziatore esente da saldature.The present application relates to a process for obtaining motor vehicle silencers which provides for the production of pipes having a perforated end jointly assembled by stapling with separating bottoms. The silencers obtained with the process consist of a first and a second half-shell, crimped together to define a perimetrically waterproof casing, and from at least two pipes having an end, internal to said casing, perforated and an integral end protruding externally from said casing and suitably shaped. The process therefore allows to obtain a silencer free of welds.
