Abstract

Questo metodo di realizzazione di piatti-doccia, vasche da bagno, lavabi e turche in materiale plastico, ha la particolarità di consistere nell'associazione di due gusci in materiale plastico termoformato, delimitatori dello spessore dei citati manufatti, mediante interposizione tra essi di schiuma poliuretanica iniettata preferibilmente a stampo aperto per ridurre la densità dell'espanso consolidato, detti gusci essendo tra loro differenziati strutturalmente ed essendo pure coniugati ad impronte presenti sullo stampo di serraggio definitore degli spessori voluti mediante sua completa chiusura. Il prodotto ottenuto dal sopra citato metodo, e consistente in piatti-doccia, vasche da bagno, lavabi e turche, ha la particolarità di una composizione stratificata attuata da una superficie "in vista" realizzata con una lastra termoformata di congruo spessore, preferibilmente in materiale acrilico, da uno strato o spessore interno in poliuretano espanso rigido a bassa densità iniettato e polimerizzato direttamente a ridosso di detta lastra ed infine da una superficie interna di spessore sottile, detta superficie interna essendo sollecitata principalmente a trazione.
