Abstract

Chiodo endomidollare per osteosintesi dinamica con una estremità distale autobloccante per fratture della regione trocanterica femorale consistente nel fatto che è costituito da un tronchetto prossimale che è attraversato da almeno un foro con asse trasversale lungo il quale è guidato scorrevole longitudinalmente il gambo di una vite o di un chiodo da spongiosa cervicale che è solidarizzato al collo- testa dell'osso leso, tronchetto al quale sono solidali assialmente le estremità di almeno due steli arcuati e deformabili elasticamente che alle estremità libere sono dotati di mezzi di vincolo reciproco temporaneo, mezzi che sono atti a mantenere le punte degli steli accostati fra di loro durante l'inserimento del chiodo nel canale midollare attraverso l'apice del gran trocantere e a liberare le punte quando il chiodo è in posizione corretta per consentire l'allargamento elastico degli steli che vanno con le punte ad ancorarsi all'osso spugnoso endomidollare fino talora a giungere a premere le pareti interne dell'osso provocando solidarietà fra mezzo di sintesi e osso.
