Abstract

1. L'invenzione ha per oggetto una macchina insaccatrice per il riempimento di sacchi a valvola.2.1. Lo scopo dell'invenzione consiste nel realizzare una macchina insaccatrice di questo tipo in modo tale, per cui il prodotto insaccato viene compresso in misura notevolmente più forte e di conseguenza si possono ridurre le dimensioni dei sacchi.2.2. A monte della turbina riempitrice orizzontale (13) di una macchina insaccatrice è prevista una turbina di precompressione (11) che può essere realizzata ad uno od a più stadi. Il prodotto da insaccare viene prelevato da un silo (10) alimentatore del prodotto, non soltanto per gravità, bensì anche mediante l'azione aspirante della turbina di precompressione (11). La turbina di precompressione (11) manda il prodotto da insaccare alla zona centrale della successiva turbina riempitrice orizzontale. Le palette (27) della ruota (14) a palette di quest'ultima turbina proiettano il prodotto da insaccare verso l'esterno, determinando nel contempo la sua compressione. Fig. 1.
