Abstract

Una macchina per cucire è realizzata con un dispositivo di regolazione delle parti sporgenti di striscia con un primo e un secondo sensore per l'emissione di segnali che producono un'operazione di taglio per la parte sporgente anteriore della striscia, e rispettivamente per la parte sporgente esteriore della striscia. E' così possibile tanto all'inizio dell'articolo in lavorazione quanto al termine dell'articolo medesimo, impostare, secondo criteri di reciproca dipendenza, la lunghezza delle rispettive parti sporgenti di striscia e la larghezza di un margine privo di cucitura dell'articolo in lavorazione, con un intervento minimo da parte dell'operatore. A tale scopo, il dispositivo di regolazione presenta una battuta, mobile nella direzione di avanzamento, per il bordo anteriore dell'articolo in lavorazione, destinata a stabilire la larghezza di un margine anteriore privo di cucitura dell'articolo in lavorazione, la cui distanza dal luogo di formazione dei punti di cucitura può essere utilizzata per stabilire la posizione dei sensori delle parti sporgenti di striscia, e viene impiegata per il dimensionamento di un margine posteriore privo di cucitura dell'articolo in lavorazione, facente seguito al termine della cucitura eseguita.Fig. 1
