Abstract

Viene descritto un serbatoio di carburante per autoveicoli, composto dall'unione di due semigusci complementari (10,11) dotati di rispettivi bordi appiattiti (14,15) atti a consentire la giunzione per incollaggio. I semigusci sono realizzati in materiale polimerico termoplastico o termoindurente mediante stampaggio per iniezione utilizzando una pressa verticale con stampo composto da due piastre (30,31) e da un punzone estraibile (32) che individua con le piastre (30,31) due cavità di stampaggio per i rispettivi semigusci (10,11). Il serbatoio è dotato di un telaio ausiliario (12) appiattito, portante una serie di accessori (18,19) ed avente un profilo corrispondente a quello dei bordi (14,15), sulle facce (20,21) del quale viene applicato materiale collante; il telaio (13) viene interposto tra i bordi (14,15) dei semigusci (10,11).
