Abstract

Una macchina di trattamento di prodotti carnei, comprende un contenitore (12) per il contenimento del prodotto carneo, detto contenitore (12) essendo connesso a mezzi (15, 16, 45) di sua movimentazione per il massaggio del prodotto in esso. Al contenitore (12) è inoltre connessa, attraverso mezzi di erogazione comandata (29), una pluralità di recipienti (28) di prodotti additivi di trattamento, un dispositivo di controllo (18) inviando segnali di attivazione comandata ai mezzi di erogazione (29) per il loro comando in istanti prefissati del ciclo di funzionamento della macchina.Vantaggiosamente, il contenitore (12) è mantenuto in depressione così che i prodotti additivi sono aspirati nel contenitore alla apertura dei mezzi di erogazione (29).
