Abstract

Nei freni a disco, i rumori che si generano durante le frenature, quali fischi o stridori, vengono ostacolati per il fatto che il ceppo del freno da comprimere mediante un organo di pressione, ad esempio mediante un pistone ad azionamento idraulico, non appena viene a contatto con il disco del freno, viene trascinato nella sua direzione periferica e viene appoggiato su una superficie di appoggio di un disco portaceppi.Secondo l'invenzione, l'organo di pressione presenta, in questo caso, sul suo lato rivolto verso il ceppo del freno, un elemento di spinta sporgente su detto lato frontale, limitatamente mobile in senso trasversale e atto a ritornare automaticamente nella sua posizione di partenza, il quale elemento di spinta è disposto nell'organo di pressione in modo assialmente mobile contro una forza di richiamo che, in presenza di contatto reciproco dell'elemento di spinta e del ceppo del freno, è minore della forza di spinta dell'organo di pressione.
