Abstract

Per pulire un'acqua di scarico poco carica o un liquido con piccole porzioni di componenti disciolti o per portare le sostanze chimiche disciolte ed anche i solventi in una forma reimpiegabile, in uno stadio di pulitura o separazione vengono fatti funzionare alternativamente due filtri a membrana (6, 7) in cui il primo filtro a membrana (6) è atto a separare i componenti disciolti con elevato passaggio e piccola concentrazione, mentre il secondo filtro a membrana (7) è predisposto per un basso passaggio ed elevata concentrazione. Con ciò è possibile separare nelle soluzioni diluite di sostanze chimiche, le sostanze chimiche dai solventi, per impiegare nuovamente sia il solvente come anche le sostanze chimiche a seconda della possibilità. A questo riguardo durante il primo stadio di pulitura si recupera la quantità principale di solvente, mentre nella seconda fase le sostanze chimiche separate vengono portate ad una concentrazione più elevata per poter essere trattate ulteriormente per mezzo di noti procedimenti di separazione economicamente ragionevoli (Figura 1).
