Abstract

Una valvola (10) per bombole di gas, rampe per bombole o pacchi bombole, rampe di caricamento bombole e simili impieghi, è del tipo con otturatore a movimento assiale, senza molla di richiamo, e comprende: un corpo di valvola (12) dotato di filettatura di montaggio della valvola (10) la parte filettata racchiudendo un primo canale assiale (18) di passaggio del gas che sbocca in corrispondenza del foro centrale (74) della sede di valvola (42); un nasello laterale filettato (22) che racchiude un secondo canale (24,26) che sbocca nella camera interna (28) della valvola (10); un otturatore (30) a forma di pistone mobile nei due sensi nella camera (28) e che porta sulla sua faccia frontale una pastiglia di tenuta (40) atta ad essere premuta contro la sede di valvola (42); un dispositivo di tenuta per garantire la tenuta tra gambo (32) dell'otturatore (30) e corpo (12) della valvola (10); ed un meccanismo di manovra dell'otturatore (30) comprendente un perno di manovra (58) filettato avvitabile entro un dado premistoppa (56) che mantiene pure in posizione il dispositivo di tenuta, al perno filettato (58) essendo collegato un volantino di manovra (60). L'otturatore presenta un piolo coassiale (70) avente estremità libera troncoconica per chiudere il foro centrale (74) della sede di valvola (42), tra piolo (70) e foro (74), a valvola chiusa, essendo previsto un gioco tra 0,0 mm e 0,1 mm. L'estremità troncoconica del piolo (70) avrà preferibilmente una conicità compresa tra 1 grado e 7 gradi. L'otturatore (30) può agire anche come saracinesca rispetto al secondo canale (24,26).
