Abstract

Procedimento per la preparazione di compositi termoplastici rinforzati con fibre continue che comprende:a) srotolare un filamento continuo, costituito da un fascio di fibre, da una bobina;b) aprire il filamento essenzialmente nelle singole fibre;c) immergere e trascinare il filamento aperto, attraverso un letto statico costituito da un polimero termoplastico in polvere contenuto in una vaschetta sottoposta a vibrazione continua;d) ricompattare il filamento e disporre attorno ad esso una guaina protettiva flessibile in polimero termoplastico.
