Abstract

Viene fornito un antigene associato a tumori sostanzialmente purificato proveniente dal fluido di coltura delle cellule di mammella umana, CG-5, del siero di paziente affetta da cancro alla mammella, e di fluido ascitico di paziente affetta da cancro alle ovaie. L'antigene nativo che ha un peso molecolare di circa 90.000 dalton è presente come un complesso di elevato peso molecolare. Sono fornite anche la purificazione e la caratterizzazione dell'antigene come pure le sequenze nucleotidiche che codificano per l'antigene 90K.
