Abstract

Il dispositivo per la giunzione automatica di nastrini comprende almeno due bobine (2, 4) di alimentazione di rispettivi nastrini (3, 5), disposte rispettivamente in uso e in attesa, un dispositivo (6) di movimentazione indipendente delle bobine (2, 4), dei rulli (7) di rinvio dei nastrini (3, 5) provvisti di gole circonferenziali (8) di guida ed aventi i rispettivi assi disposti ortogonalmente agli assi delle bobine (2, 4) stesse, un dispositivo (9) di giunzione dell'estremità terminale del nastrino (3) della bobina in uso (2) con l'estremità iniziale del nastrino (5) della bobina nuova (4), costituito da un organo di posizionamento e trattenuta (10) e da un organo di riscontro e contrasto (12) disposti da bande opposte del nastrino in uso (3) e reciprocamente mobili l'uno verso l'altro fino al completo contatto delle estremità dei nastrini (3, 5), l'estremità iniziale del nastrino (5) della bobina nuova essendo alloggiata e trattenuta entro una gola (11) di uno dei due organi (10, 12), ed un dispositivo (13, 14) di taglio dell'estremità iniziale del nastrino nuovo (5) e rispettivamente dell'estremità terminale del nastrino in uso (3).(Figura 1).
