Abstract

Metodo e dispositivo di incarto per la realizzazione di incarti tubolari (2) di prodotti (3), secondo i quali un prodotto (3) ed un rispettivo elemento di incarto (5) vengono alimentati ad una stazione di carico (4) in cui il prodotto (3) viene inserito con l'elemento di incarto (5) avvolto ad U attorno ad esso in una sede 811) di un gruppo convogliatore basculante (7) e, dopo la piegatura a sovrapposizione di rispettivi lembi (25, 26) dell'elemento di incarto per formare attorno al prodotto un incarto tubolare (2), viene trasferito dal gruppo convogliatore basculante (7) ad una stazione di scarico (6); il prodotto incartato (3a) viene allineato dal convogliatore basculante con un canale di uscita (22), serrando il prodotto incartato tra uno spallamento fisso (47) allineato con il canale di uscita ed un elemento elastico di contrasto (48) portato da una ganascia (13) di chiusura della sede (11) dell'elemento convogliatore basculante.(Figura 1)
