Abstract

Procedimento potenziato di gassificazione per gassificatori di combustibili solidi, vantaggiosamente rifiuti solidi urbani, scarti di legno e di truciolati di legno, scarti solidi combustibili di origine industriale, biomasse di origine agricola, pneumatici, carboni, torbe, ligniti, etc., detto procedimento prevedendo l'introduzione dell'alto del combustibile solido in un silo di carica (11), la discesa di detto combustibile in un focolaio (12) verticalmente disposto presentante inferiormente una zona di pirolisi (28), i gas generati nelle zone terminali (15-16) del focolaio (12) venendo raccolti in una camera di decantazione delle polveri (13), in cui i gas presenti nella camera di decantazione delle polveri (13), prima di pervenire all'uscita (47), lambiscono almeno esternamente il silo di carica (11).Dispositivo di gassificazione per gassificatori di combustibili solidi, vantaggiosamente rifiuti solidi urbani, scarti di legno e di truciolati di legno, scarti solidi combustibili di origine industriale, biomasse di origine agricola, pneumatici, carboni, torbe, ligniti, etc., detto dispositivo prevedente in senso verticale un silo di carica (11) avente una parte bassa (26) cooperante con un focolaio (12) inferiormente presentante una zona terminale (16) comunicante con una camera di decantazione delle polveri (13), attorno alla superficie esterna del silo di carica (11) essendo presente un'intercapedine di circolazione (17) dei gas raccolti nella camera di decantazione delle polveri (13).
