Abstract

L'invenzione concerne un dispositivo di recupero del succo di un tino di fermentazione vinicola rotativa.Secondo l'invenzione, il dispositivo del genere in questione comprende una griglia di filtrazione circolare (4) trascinata in rotazione dalla ghiera (1) a cui essa è solidale con la sua periferia, situata nella zona di uno dei fondi (2) del tino e destinata a lasciar passare il succo pur trattenendo le parti indesiderabili della vendemmia, e un braccio raschiatore fisso (5) solidale alla parte fissa di un giunto girevole (3) situato sull'asse del fondo (2) del tino, in contatto con la superficie della griglia e destinato a pulire tutta la detta superficie durante la sua rotazione.Il giunto girevole comprende ugualmente, un tubo di aspirazione (6) del succo filtrato, un tubo di eliminazione del gas (7) e la canalizzazione (8) di entrata della vendemmia.
