Abstract

Cuve tournante suivant le brevet principal. Dans le fond opposé à celui qui comporte le tampon 15, on a prévu un joint tournant 30 traverse par un tube 31 qui s'ouvre dans le haut de la cuve pour recueillir et évacuer le gaz carbonique. Ce tube aboutit par une vanne 33 à une canalisation commune 32 grâce à laquelle on peut envoyer le gaz d'une cuve en fermentation dans une cuve en cours de remplissage en vue d'y former un matelas gazeux anti-oxydant Application aux cuves de vendange.
