Abstract

Cerniera ad articolazione singola (10) per l'articolazione orientabile di una anta battente (12) di una porta al corpo di un armadio, con l'articolazione (16) della cerniera visibile nella posizione di chiusura dell'anta della porta presenta un involucro di innesto (38) il quale può venire inserito entro una cavità (36) ricavata di lavorazione meccanica nella zona del bordo dell'anta (12) della porta e del suo lato posteriore, e nella quale è fissata un componente ripiegato della articolazione (elemento scorrevole 44), il quale può venire spinto dallo spigolo del bordo parallelamente ai lati piani dell'anta della porta, il quale porta all'estremità di un risalto ripiegato (52), guidato lungo lo spigolo del bordo fino anteriormente al lato esterno dell'anta (12) della porta, un occhiello di supporto (54).La parte di arresto (18) del corpo della cerniera (10), realizzata a guisa di braccio portante (22) sviluppato nel senso della lunghezza, presenta sulla sua estremità anteriore rivolta verso l'anta della porta un tratto ripiegato (28) guidato anteriormente allo spigolo frontale della parete (14) del corpo, e due fianchi portanti (30) da ivi sporgono, e che alloggiano tra di loro U1 risalto ripiegato (52) il quale porta la parte dell'articolazione della cerniera rivolta verso l'anta della porta, nelle cui estremità libera sono ricavati gli occhielli di supporto (32) per l'asse di articolazione della cerniera.Mediante la disposizione di una molla a lamina (58) realizzata a guisa di molla di flessione, entro una cavità (56) del tratto ripiegato (28) dalla parte di arresto del corpo e di un riesito scorrevole (60) sulla zona opposta della parte cosponente ripiegata (44) dell'articolazione della parte di arresto (20) dell'anta della porta, viene formato un dispositivo di ritegno il quale blocca a scatto l'anta della porta (12) nella posizione chiusa.(Figura 2)
