Abstract
Il sensore di radiazioni (9) è costituito di un diodo (1), sensibile alle radiazioni per la luce ultravioletta e sul quale la radiazione da rilevare arriva attraverso una lente (3) ed un filtro (4). Sulla superficie del diodo (1) è applicato un filtro interferenziale (2). Il componente integrale del sensore (9) di radiazioni disposto in una custodia (10) è un circuito amplificatore (5) amplificante la corrente fotoelettrica prodotta. Un tale sensore (9) di radiazioni è adatto in maniera del tutto particolare alla sorveglianza di fiamme, brucianti con colore blu, di bruciatori a gasolio ed a gas in impianti di riscaldamento (figura 1).
