Abstract

Una ruota dentata (3) di comando dei nastri di trasporto delle pinze in telai di tessitura senza navetta è formata per stampaggio ad iniezione con materiale termoplastico. Per aumentare la resistenza all'usura della dentatura della ruota, durante la fase di stampaggio viene inserita nello stampo una striscia (2) con sezione a greca riproducente la sezione della dentatura (1) e costituita da un materiale termoindurente rinforzato con fibre di carbonio o di cotone. La striscia (2) viene prefabbricata in posizione piana e di lunghezza sufficiente a coprire tutta la circonferenza della ruota. Essa quindi resta in posizione elasticamente nello stampo una volta che sia stata deformata a cerchio per esservi inserita. Il procedimento di fabbricazione della ruota risulta così notevolmente accelerato.
