Abstract
Un sistema diagnostico valuta il funzionamento di una valvola di non ritorno (NR) in una linea di estrazione del vapore di una turbina a vapore.Il sistema comprende un primo sensore accoppiato all'albero che sopporta la valvola per fornire dei primi segnali rappresentativi della posizione angolare dell'albero e un secondo sensore accoppiato alla valvola di isolamento per fornire secondi segnali rappresentativi dello stato voluto della valvola di isolamento. Un calcolatore è accoppiato per ricevere un primo ed un secondo segnale e comprende un mezzo di temporizzazione per determinare la velocità di variazione della posizione angolare dell'albero in seguito alla ricezione dei secondi segnali. Il calcolatore comprende inoltre un mezzo per confrontare la posizione dell'albero con posizioni prestabilite dell'albero corrispondenti a stati dei secondi segnali e per confrontare la velocità di variazione per identificare variazioni in risposta a caratteristiche della valvola NR. Un rapporto di stato è fornito dal calcolatore per indicare lo stato di funzionalità della valvola NR.
