Processo per la preparazione di perfluoro-ossiaziridine di formula: (FORMULA) dove Rx è F, un gruppo perfluoroalchilico C1-C10 oppure un gruppo -NRf2 dove Rf è un gruppo perfluoroalchilico C1-C10, Ry è F oppure un gruppo perfluoroalchilico C1-C10, Rz è un gruppo perfluoroalchilico C1-C10.Il processo consiste nel far reagire la corrispondente perfluoroimmina con un perossiacido aromatico avente un nucleo benzenico, in un solvente aprotico, ad una temperatura compresa tra -50 e +100°C.
