PROCEDIMIENTO PARA LA PREPARACION DE 1,4-BIS-(DICIANOMETILEN)CICLOHEXANO, QUE COMPRENDE LAS SIGUIENTES ETAPAS: PRIMERO, HIDROGENAR HIDROQUINONA PARA ASI OBTENER 1-4-CICLOHEXANODIOL. SEGUNDA, OXIDAR EL 1,4-CICLOHEXANODIOL PARA PODER OBTENER DE ESTA FORMA EL 1,4-CILCOHEXANODIONA. EN UNA TERCERA Y ULTIMA ETAPA TIENE LUGAR LA CONDENSACION DE LA 1,4-CICLOHEXANODIONA CON DOS EQUIVALENTES DE MALONONITRILO. LA REACCION SE PUEDE LLEVAR A CABO EN AGUA Y SIN AISLAMIENTO DE LOS COMPUESTOS INTERMEDIOS. EL COMPUESTO SE PUEDE OBTENER DE LA CONDENSACION POR FILTRACION Y DESPUES TAMBIEN DESHIDROGENARSE.
