Abstract
Il procedimento per il trattamento disinquinante di soluzioni acquose di soda caustica esauste da depurazione e lavaggio di prodotti petroliferi è basato sull'impiego sinergico di ozono e ipoclorito di calcio. Più precisamente, il procedimento della presente invenzione consiste essenzialmente nel sottoporre le soluzioni acquose di soda caustica esauste alle seguenti operazioni.:- una prima ossidazione con 0,5-3,5 kg di 03/kg di fenoli totali, a temperature comprese nell'intervallo 38-42°C; - una seconda ossidazione con 5-10% in peso di ipoclorito di calcio, riferito alla soda caustica esausta già ozonizzata, a temperature scelte nell'intervallo tra 25 e 35°C, con formazione di una torbida a sospensione fioccosa; e - una separazione della torbida formata in una fase liquida ed in una fase solida, ciascuna delle quali può essere smaltita in modo molto più facile e sicuro, sotto il profilo ecologico, della soluzione di soda caustica esausta di partenza.
