Abstract

The polymeric diffusion matrix for administering drugs consists of about 2 of about 60% polar plastic coated, for example glycerol (glycerine), of about 6 of about 20% polyvinyl alcohol, of about 2 of about 10% polyvinylpyrrolidone and an effective pharmaceutically quantity of a drug, creating a matrix capable of prolonged liberation from a dilation vessel drug dispersed in it, and the rest water, the percentage is expressed through weight. The drugs include: terbutaline, ephedrine, clonidine, phenylephrine, ester extradites, phenyl propane amino and chlorophenylamine maleate.
